Ms K reported that her mower had been left for a long while as the blades for the cutting deck were not operating as they should be, the battery was faulty and it also required a service and a good check over.

Chris, Our Expert mechanic Found the lawn mowers cutting deck issue during the service and inspection and found a piece of metal from the cutting deck was bent round over the mowers belt and had snapped it. He replaced the mowers  belt and fixed the piece of metal causing the issue. He also replaced the mowers battery as it was faulty, carried out a service and checked everything over to make sure nothing else was faulty. He tested that the mowers cutting deck was operating normally and all was well and fixed.

Lewis gave the mower a good clean and then delivered the mower back to Ms K in fully working order ready to cut there lawn!
