The AL-KO Comfort 46.0 SPi-A electric start petrol mower features a 46cm / 18″ cutting width making it ideal for medium sized gardens. It’s a dream to work with, with a simple push of a button bringing it to life each time. There’s an emphasis on user-comfort, and therefore you’ll find this model easy and fun to work with.
Developed in Germany and manufactured in Austria, this AL-KO Comfort 46.0 SPi-A electric start petrol mower is self-propelled and features a sturdy sheet steel mower deck with “Max Airflow” technology for the optimum performance. Powered by petrol you won’t need to worry about charging the battery or working near a power source.
The heavy-duty AL-KO PRO 170 QSS engine offers you all the power you need to work productively over extended periods of time, making this model ideal for mowing on lawns with slopes and for gardens of around 1400 sqm in size. The 3INONE function ensures this model is exceedingly versatile as you can easily switch from collecting, discharging and mulching.
If you opt to collect the grass, then the spacious 60 litre grass box will be filled with the utmost efficiency and there’s even a grass box full alert to ensure you only empty the box when its reached capacity and never let it get over full. The discharging function allows you to mow the lawn at a much faster rate.
The mulching option is excellent, as the grass is finely chopped and returned to the lawn where it will wilt quicker than being left on the compost heap. It will also act as a natural (and not to mention free, of course!) grass fertiliser, adding vital nutrients back to the soil, and reducing the amount of time and money you need to spend on getting your grass to grow green and lush.
